Michael Dell was born on 23 February 1965 in Houston to a Jewish family. His father, Alexander Dell, was an orthodontist while his mother Lorraine Charlotte was a stockbroker.
He received his primary education from Herod Elementary School in Houston. He was a bright young boy who learned several aspects of financial affairs from his stockbroker mother and developed an early interest in the business.
He loved earning money and took up a variety of odd jobs as a teenager. He also sold his stamp collection for $2000 which was a huge sum for a young boy. Unusually mature and enterprising for his age, he invested his earnings in stocks and precious metals.
During his teenage years, he was drawn towards technology and got his first computer when he was 15. He disassembled it to study the components and see how it worked.
While studying at Memorial High School in Houston, he started selling subscriptions to the ‘Houston Post’ in the summer holidays. He realized that the method of making cold calls was not much effective and devised a new marketing plan which proved to be more successful. Within a year he earned $18,000, which was higher than what some of his school teachers earned in a year.

Carrier

Michael Dell knew from a young age that he wanted to be an entrepreneur. However, his parents wanted him to become a physician and thus he enrolled at the University of Texas at Austin, in 1983.

Even as a pre-med student he did not give up on his entrepreneurial dreams. He started an informal business from his residential room, assembling and selling upgrade kits for personal computers. His business performed very well and before long he decided to drop out to devote more time to his business. Career

PC’s Limited

Michael Dell registered his company as “PC’s Limited” in January 1984. In May 1984, he changed the name of the company to Dell Computer Corporation. By now his business had grown to include a few employees to take and fill orders and upgrade basic machines.
Dell emphasized customer focus and made quality products and excellent customer service his priorities. His convictions paid off and the company’s sales grew manifold in the months to come. By 1985, the company also began to design and build computers with purchased components.

In 1986, Dell introduced a 12-megahertz 286 processor—the fastest personal computer at that time. The price of this product compared favourably with a competing computer by IBM, and it became a huge success. The product gained excellent performance reviews and the company’s sales surged to $60 million that year.
The company’s profits skyrocketed over the next few years and by 1992, the company was ranked in Fortune magazine's list of the top 500 corporations. Dell, aged just 27 at that time was the CEO of one of the most successful companies in the world.
During the 1990s, Dell realized the need to have an online presence and launched www.dell.com in 1994. Online pricing was introduced in 1995 and by 1996 the company was making online sales. Soon the internet sales reached about $1 million per day which rose to $50 million per day in 2000.
Dell launched its first servers in 1996 and storage products in 1998. In 1998, he also founded the MSD Capital L.P. to manage his family's investment activities which include publicly traded securities, private equity activities, and real estate.
Michael Dell stepped down as CEO of the company in 2004 though he retained his position as chairman. He returned as CEO in 2007 at the request of the board.

SERGEY BRIN -The Google Guy

SERGEY BRIN -The Google Guy

I want to ask a question ❓ to u that u have used google or Google apps many times today I am going to tell today the story of "the google Guy".

Sergei Brin (August 21, 1973) computer scientist and creator of the Internet search engine Google. He was born in Moscow, the Soviet Union. Sergei Brin was born into a Jewish family that enjoyed a well-off position but due to their religious beliefs, the Russian government prevented them from certain possibilities. His father, Mikhail Brin, was a mathematician, and his mother, Eugenia Brin, worked in the field of science when Sergei was six years old they decided to move to the United States to find better living conditions.
When they arrived, their mother landed a major position in NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, and her father obtained a position as professor of Mathematics at the University of Maryland, she also decided to change her name, due to North American anti-communist policies, Michael Brin. He entered to study at the Paint Branch Montessori School. His parents were very attentive in the education of his son, who demonstrated a great ability for mathematics. Throughout his school years, he was a student with excellent grades.
Upon graduation, he enrolled at the University of Maryland to study Mathematics and Computer Science. In the stipulated time, 1993, he received his degree with honours and applied for a grant from the National Science Foundation. He began his postgraduate studies at Stanford University. Simultaneously, he started working at Wolfram Research, the creator of Mathematica. While in the winter of 1998, he began to develop an idea to create a search engine for the internet, the idea was developed with the help of Larry Page. His great motivation was the inefficiency and the multiple errors of the search engines existing at that time.
They held several meetings with brilliant people in this field, and they met Andy Bechtolsheim, an investor from Sun Microsystems. They decided to present their idea, they also made a quick demonstration and they got that, without thinking twice, Bechtolsheim extended a check worth 100,000 dollars to start the project. Although this amount was achieved only at the beginning of the project, the young people full of enthusiasm began to get other economic support and various sources of income. As a result, Brin and Page managed to get two of the most relevant US venture capital firms, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Sequoia Capital, to agree to finance their idea. They then collected 25 million dollars. The project was still ongoing.
Google
At first, they thought of the word googol to baptize their search engine, a term invented by the mathematician Edward Kasner to name the number 1 followed by 100 zeros. Then they changed their name to Google. We must mention that Yahoo! played an essential role in driving Google. Yahoo! collaborated encouraging the creation of his own search engine, the pair of colleagues began to offer in its popular portal the possibility of searching through that engine. For the year 2003, Google swept daily searches, had about 112 million, compared to Yahoo !, which only supported approximately 42 million.
The reason was that Google was more effective, its presentation was much more attractive, and allowed more fixed searches. Brin and Page decided to add new possibilities to the dozen functions related to their search engine and the continuous experimentation with many others. Something really innovative was that Google allowed the users to easily locate images, newsgroups and searches using the Open Directory thematic directory tool, an international volunteer project that catalogues web pages by hand.
After a few years, thanks to the popularity of Google, colleagues received a Webby, a prize. Google was inserting new services every time, such as the search engine of products on sale in the Google network; the product search within mail-order catalogues; a language translator, among other new features. When the new millennium began Google began to think about the modification and restructuring of its building located in the Californian region of Mountain View, more than a hundred employees worked in an unusual environment.
So they adopted as a philosophy: to offer a pleasant place to work and with that to motivate and retain employees. Among the renovations are yoga classes, massages, bars, free ice cream machines, food prepared with organic food by two chefs, a ping-pong table, a swimming pool, two pianos, and hockey meetings twice a week. The goal of Google at that time was especially to create better search engines, extract information from unstructured sources and databases of long collections of text and scientific information.
Google.org
Brin has authored more than a dozen articles in top-level academic journals and has also been a lecturer in various international academic forums, most of them are business and technology, in 2002, Brin was proclaimed “Young Innovator Who Will Create the Future” by Technology magazine Review This publication was edited by the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). What this couple achieved, especially at Brin’s initiative, was impressive. At present everyone knows and has used Google.
Although it has been censored by some countries of totalitarian politics like China. According to computer experts, Google is “the saving medicine” for most Internet users. One of its characteristics is its speed and effectiveness. Now, its design is simple and direct, and without incorporating advertising in its pages that generate distraction in the users. We must accept that, Internet users have preferred this search engine to the detriment of other, earlier, more popular ones. Brin has advanced several projects, along with Larry Page, who are looking for ways to solve the problem of global energy and environmental hazards through Google’s philanthropic area called Google.org.

So now we have finished with the Google guy if you like this blog then please in the comment box and don't forget to follow me on the blogger and never forget to save a blog really letters to your friends to your elders to your youngers. And by sharing it give them some knowledge about it. Then they will have an idea of what is inside this blog and at last, this is the end of a blog in my next blog comes till then the byeeeeeeeee 😁👋👋😄

No special leave sir !!!

Sushant Singh Rajput

Sushant Singh Rajput:

An outsider who paid the price of fame
Sushant Singh Rajput Biography
Sushant Singh Rajput’s public image was that of a man living a high life while staying true to his roots. Despite the bright lights of showbiz disillusioning even the most innocent soul, there was an almost boyish appeal to the late actor that endeared him to his army of fans from the moment he stepped up to the screen as the lovable Manav Deshmukh in ‘Pavitra Rishta’.

His impish charm and traditional middle-class values made half of India fall in love with him a little, celebrating his victories and weeping over his heartaches when the show beamed into the homes of urban devotees and village dwellers between 2009 and 2011 before he quit the gig for something bigger.

An entry into Bollywood was almost a given for this talented powerhouse, who was discovered by casting director Mukesh Chabbra in a coffee shop and was instrumental in getting Rajput his first big break in ‘Kai Po Che!’ (2013).

The irony that Chabbra will also present Rajput in his final Bollywood swansong ‘Dil Bechara’ is not lost on anyone.

MIDDLE-CLASS VALUES:-

For his family and friends in Patna, Bihar, Rajput’s growing fame was a true blue rags-to-riches success story in an industry where star kids are ‘launched’ while ‘outsiders’ spend years knocking on the doors of producers and casting directors before slipping a foot into that world.
Rajput was often touted as the next Shah Rukh Khan, or perhaps an Ayushmann Khurrana, both of whom started their careers on television and struggled their way up the ladder of success to find fame and fortune in the big bad world of Bollywood.
Studying to be an engineer and following in the footsteps of his father, Rajput’s dream took him well beyond the parameters that Patna offered him. Following his mother’s death in 2002, one that many say he never truly recovered from, the family — including his father and four sisters — moved to Delhi where Rajput enrolled in engineering college. However, he dropped out to pursue his passion for acting.

In his early interviews, the actor often confessed the road to stardom was not an easy one for him but he looked back upon his struggles as an inevitable journey to get him just that bit closer to his final goal — breaking into Bollywood. “I was already
a superstar in my mind,” the actor told Man’s World in an interview once
.

Entering the entertainment industry came with its share of odd jobs — Rajput joined ace choreographer Shiamak Davar’s troupe and even grooved as a back-up dancer to Hrithik Roshan in ‘Dhoom 2’. The acting was the next big thing for Rajput and the actor soon enrolled into Nadira Babbar’s Ekjute theatre group before breaking into television with ‘Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dill. Small-screen stardom was still a while away before television Tsarina Ekta Kapoor plucked him out of obscurity and made him a star overnight when she cast him in ‘Pavitra Rishta’.

His natural flair for dancing also landed Rajput as a star performer on several reality shows, including ‘Zara Nachke Dikha’ season 2 in 2010, followed by the fourth season of ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’. In October 2011, Rajput decided to quit ‘Pavitra Rishta’ to study filmmaking, only to be discovered by Chabbra

Some may call it fate, while others may single out Lady Luck, but for Rajput, the call of Bollywood was a golden opportunity that few would pass up. Yet, his journey wouldn’t be without some hurdles.

In 2010, a certain Ranveer Singh had arrived on the scene and had just tasted success with ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’, along with bagging a deal with Yash Raj Films, while Varun Dhawan was waiting in the wings to be launched by Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar in ‘Student of the Year’ in two short years. For Rajput to find his footing without the backing of a large production house or a godfather would require a cracking script.

He would find that in Abhishek Kapoor’s ‘Kai Po Che!’ (2013), based on novelist Chetan Bhagat’s book, ‘The 3 Mistakes of My Life. The film proved to be a critical and commercial success and Rajput emerged as its breakout star with an earnestness that few could match.

SEVEN-YEAR'S STRUGGLE:-
Suddenly Bollywood was writing his own Cinderella story, with Rajput’s career trajectory following that of Shah Rukh Khan — he caught the attention of production powerhouse Yash Raj Films. It is said a three-film deal was soon drawn up and Rajput’s innocent charm was launched under their banner with ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’.

Bollywood critic Taran Adarsh described Rajput’s performance, saying: “After leaving a tremendous impression in his first Hindi outing, Sushant Singh Rajput... brings a lot of freshness with his unpretentious and spontaneous act.”

Filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani soon snapped him up for a cameo in his 2014 hit ‘PK’, a role that reportedly many rejected as it involved playing a Pakistani.

Many supposedly chided Rajput as well on playing the role, but in an interview with film critic Anupama Chopra, the actor clearly stated that no role was big or small to him and he wasn’t going to miss out on an opportunity to work with Hirani or the film’s lead stars, Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma.

A year later Dibakar Banerjee’s mystery thriller ‘Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!’ earned Rajput critical praise, despite the film not performing well at the box office. It was also around this time that the first murmurings began to erupt that all was not well between Rajput and Yash Raj Films. It wasn’t long before the duo went their separate ways, with both calling it an amicable parting.

Few know the real story behind the fallout, but there were murmurings that Rajput was finding himself playing second fiddle to Singh and Arjun Kapoor, with the late actor losing out ‘Befikre’ to the former star. However, this was a story that Rajput himself denied during a 2017 interview with HT Cafe.

So here I don't want to end the blog but we have to end ok so let it be 😃😃🙂 here come the end of the blog byeeeeeeeee and yaa don't forget to follow and share and yaa comment too so byeeeeeeee👋👋👋👋👋👋

Page was awarded by the Instituto de Empresa with an Honorary Master’s Degree in Business Administration and also received the Alumni Society Recent Engineering Graduate Award from the University of Michigan.

Google
While in the winter of 1998, Brin began to develop an idea to create a search engine for the internet, the idea was developed with the help of Larry Page. His great motivation was the inefficiency and the multiple errors of the search engines existing at that time. It is said that Page was a great help to Brin because his intelligence and also his great ability for business led to the creation of what is now Google. In short, Page was responsible for the high speed of Google. By 1995 Brin and Page were very good friends and shared their love of computers and both were very motivated to develop their internet search engine. His question was how to download the entire web. His intention was, then, to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful.
Although with this amount achieved only the beginning of the project, the young people full of enthusiasm began to get other economic support and various sources of income.
As a result, Brin and Page managed to get two of the most relevant US venture capital firms, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Sequoia Capital, to agree to finance their idea. They then collected 25 million dollars. The project was still ongoing. At first, they thought of the word googol to baptize their search engine, a term invented by the mathematician Edward Kasner to name the number 1 followed by 100 zeros. Then they changed their name to Google. We must mention that Yahoo! He played an essential role in driving Google.
Yahoo! collaborated encouraging the creation of its own search engine, the pair of colleagues began to offer in their popular portal the possibility of searching through that engine. For the year 2003, Google swept daily searches, had about 112 million, compared to Yahoo! which only supported approximately 42 million. Page was shown as a leader since he generated important results and demonstrated his ambitious ideas. Therefore, Page was CEO of Google until 2001. The reason is that Page began to be less involved in the day-to-day management of the company.
Something really innovative was that Google allowed cyberusarios to easily locate images, newsgroups and searches using the Open Directory thematic directory tool, an international volunteer project that catalogs web pages by hand. After a few years, thanks to the popularity of Google, colleagues received a Webby, a prize. For 2011, Larry decided to regain the title of CEO. He reorganized the company’s top management and launched Google+, Chromebook, Google Glass, and other services. Page continued to lead Google until 2015, until he became the CEO of the parent company, Alphabet.

Present
Currently, Page devotes a large part of his time to research new technologies, meet with important entrepreneurs. He is always in search of new things for Moonshot of Alphabet. He currently ranks number 8 on the list millionaires of Forbes, with a fortune of 44,500 million dollars. Although little is known of his private life, it was learned that in 2013 he suffered paralysis of the vocal cords. In 2007, he married Lucinda Southworth, a scientific researcher. The couple has two children. His most valuable properties are apart from its mansion, a 59-meter super-yacht, and a heliport.

Investor
Larry also devotes part of his wealth to other causes such as Planetary Resources, which aims to mine asteroids; Tesla; and Twigtale, a personalization startup for children’s books. He also invested in the Carl Victor Page Memorial Foundation in honor of his father. He has also invested a lot of money in “Zee. Aero” a very innovative aircraft company. Page is also an investor in Kitty Hawk, the company recently built an electric airplane for just one person. Larry was named “Global Leader of Tomorrow” at the World Economic Forum. He is a member of the National Advisory Committee (NAC) of the University of Michigan School of Engineering, the creators of Google received the Marconi award in 2004.
